We want to be clear and honest about what The Flip Method can and cannot do for you. Please read this before you join.
Examples are not typical
The results, profits and example flips shown on our website, in adverts, in the course and in the community are either examples for illustration or real sales made by individual people. They are not typical, and they are not a promise of what you will achieve.
Where we show a real sale, it shows what one person made on one item at one time. It does not show what most members make.
Your results depend on you
How much, if anything, you earn from reselling depends on many things, including:
- the effort and time you put in
- how much money you have to spend on stock
- your skill and experience at finding, pricing and listing items
- the items you choose to buy
- demand, competition and market conditions on each platform
Two people following the same course can get very different results.
No guarantee of income
We do not guarantee that you will make any money from the membership, the course, the alerts or wholesale stock. You may earn nothing, and you may lose money.
Reselling carries risk
Reselling is a business, and every business has risks. These include:
- losing money on stock you have bought
- items that do not sell, or sell for less than you paid
- platform fees, postage and packaging costs that reduce your profit
- buying counterfeit or misdescribed items
- returns, refunds and disputes from buyers
- changes to platform rules, fees or algorithms
Only spend money on stock that you can afford to lose.
Education, not advice
The course is education. It shares methods and experience to help you learn how reselling works. It is not financial, investment or tax advice. If you need advice about your own finances or tax, speak to a qualified professional.
Past results do not predict yours
The results Lucas and Callum have achieved come from their own experience, time and circumstances. Their past results do not predict, and are no guarantee of, the results you will get.
